As Co-creator of the YPI®,  I am responsible for taking people through the accreditation process & providing on-going guidance and support. I also work closely with young people delivering innovative workshops on the Future of Work. 

Since the very beginning, I felt compelled to help young people discover who they are at a much earlier age, so they can make better informed choices about THEIR future! 

Dr John Mervyn-Smith

I am part of ensuring that The YPI continues to evolve in the ways in which it adds value for young people as they strive to have an impact upon their world.
 
I want young people to feel engaged and energised by their world so that they can develop the ways in which they can feel alive and potent.

Simon Etherington

I am responsible for making The Young People Index® potentially available to any young person in the world.

I want to make education more impactful by providing the knowledge on how teachers naturally teach and how students naturally learn and use this knowledge to deliver learning more effectively around the world.

Nicole Rogers

I offer individual and team support to GCologists working in Business and Schools helping with logistics for training, coaching, group events and collaborations.

Providing fast, effective delivery with strong attention to detail enabling those I work with to be the best they can be in their own world. If I can do something to make someone’s day a little easier, for them to feel supported and energised to make their own impact, then I would be very happy with my impact on the world! 

Andy Cracknell

Here at The Young People Index® I am responsible for all social media and digital awareness and spend time creating innovative and impactful ways to showcase all of the great work and results being delivered.

I live by the ethos that an individual’s success pivots on them understanding where they fit to the world.

Gemma Roszkowski

My job is to make sure the YPI looks engaging and stands out from the crowd. I am also responsible for visualising all the strategic and game changing thoughts and ideas we have as a team.

Being creative, I didn’t fit the standard education tick boxes, and always felt different from my peers. I want to tell the world about the YPI to help young people discover and develop their differences, seeing them as advantages and guiding them into a career they not only love, but thrive in.
